We help you develop communication policies for your company or organization to insure consistency across your brand. We work with you to develop a plan with goals, strategies, a person or committee assigned to that strategy and a time line to accomplish the strategy and we help you implement the plan.  A Marketing plan will include Branding and Social Media Strategy.

 

Branding

Branding involves how you define and present your organization, your services or products.  It is your identity. We help you to strategically define and present yourself.   We look at your organization as a whole and help you to define and refine your mission statement, tagline, logo and then help you to build your brand through your website, social media tools and print material.  Branding is just as important to non-profits as it is to a for-profit business. 

 

Social Media Strategy

Social media is a great tool for non-profits and businesses but it involves more than letting an intern post away on every social media channel.  As with any other marketing tools,  well prepared strategies will give you a better return for your efforts.   We help you develop policies and strategies for the social media channels that will work best for your audience.   Not every channel uses the same strategy and not every tool is necessarily beneficial to help you accomplish your marketing goals.  We will help you wade through the tools to see what will work best for your needs.   We focus on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest, as well as, blogging.

We can help you develop a new website based in Wordpress or Joomla.  We will work with you to develop content that is relevant to your readers and optimized for search engines and consistent with your marketing startegies. Our services include training how to update content that needs to be changed frequently or we can be retained to provide on-going updates and content support.

 

 Web Content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Build a website and they will come is not necessarily true.  There are millions of websites and there are often hundreds, if not thousands, of companies and organizations vying to show up on the first page of Googles search results.  SEO optimization is an important part of marketing your non-profit or your business.  We do a thorough assessment of your website, your existing web communications (blogs & newsletters), your brand and marketing plan and the keywords that are relevant to you  We will rework your web content and provide you with a strategy for your web communications to optimize all your communications, including Adwords campaigns to improve your search engine results.
